data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"927\">1. <strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"927\">Prepare the Sambal Paste<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1207\">\n<li data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1037\">\n<p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1037\">Blend dried and fresh chilies, shallots, garlic, belacan, tamarind, and a bit of water into a smooth paste.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1151\">\n<p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1151\">Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the paste on medium heat for 5\u20137 minutes until fragrant and the oil separates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1207\">\n<p data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1207\">Add sugar and salt to taste. Stir well and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1241\">2. <strong data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1241\">Prepare the Stingray<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1489\">\n<li data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1292\">\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1292\">Preheat your oven to 200\u00b0C (or prepare a grill).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1364\">\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1364\">Line a baking tray with banana leaf or foil. Lightly oil the surface.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1489\">\n<p data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1489\">Place the stingray on the banana leaf, season lightly with salt, and spread a generous layer of sambal paste over the top.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1516\">3. <strong data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1516\">Grill or Bake<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1630\">Grill method:<\/strong> Grill over medium flame for 8\u201310 minutes each side, until slightly charred and cooked through.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4
