As our products are fresh and perishable, we regret to inform you that returns are not available.Refunds & Exchanges
i) All products listed are subject to availability and the condition of freshness at the ports and markets on the day of delivery.ii) We conduct stringent daily quality control checks on all our fresh produce. Should any product fail to meet our quality standards, it will be rejected and not delivered to you. In such cases, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible.
For undelivered items, refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment as follows:
Credit Card Payments: 5 working days
Manual Payments (e.g., PayNow, Bank Transfers): 7 working days
Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the unavailable item for another product, subject to availability:
Exchange to an item of lower value: A refund of the difference will be provided.
Exchange to an item of higher value: A top-up payment will be required.
iii) In the event that you receive an item in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery by submitting a photo of the affected product through the Feedback Form.
We aim to respond within 24 hours of notification and will proceed with the refund according to the original payment method within the stated service timelines. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any deterioration of product quality after the day of delivery, as this may be due to improper storage or handling.
