Packaging
Delivery Schedule
- Enjoy free islandwide delivery (within mainland Singapore, excluding Jurong Island and Tuas) with orders of SGD $80 and above (after discounts).
- For orders below SGD $80, a flat delivery fee of SGD $8 applies.
- Please note that any unavoidable carpark or entry fees incurred during delivery will be borne by the customer. These may include:
- Private residences with no grace period
- Non-negotiable per-entry carpark fees
- Delays that cause delivery to exceed carpark grace periods

Packaging
- To ensure you receive the freshest products, all items are prepared and packed on the day of delivery.
- Orders are vacuum sealed (unless stated otherwise) and packed in styrofoam boxes or cooler bags with non-toxic ice packs.
- Want to go green? You can return the packaging (boxes, bags, and ice packs) to our driver on your next order, or reuse them however you like.
Delivery Schedule
- We offer next-day delivery every day except Mondays, between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., for orders placed by 8:00 p.m. the night before.
